1. How do I know that I have won?

You can search on this website in the tab of “winning numbers”. Take your winning ticket, along with a valid ID to one of the offices of the Landsloterij in Curaçao, Aruba, Bonaire, St. Maarten or Saba , or any depositary, to claim your prize.

2. Can I opt to exchange my Extra Prize for money?

No, you can't. You have to accept the actual prize.

3. Do I pay income taxes on the money I've won?

You do not have to pay taxes on the prizes earned at the Landsloterij.

4. Can I choose my own number?

The resellers have some fixed numbers you can choose from. If the numbers are free you can get these from the reseller. If you have a specific number you can call the office for details of the resellers.

5. Where can I find a specific number?

The information line of the Landsloterij (+599-9) 462-4088 can provide you with the information on which reseller carries a specific number, and will also supply the contact information for that reseller.

6. Can I reserve a specific number for all drawings?

You can reserve a number through one of the resellers. The Landsloterij does not guarantee sales through reservations. You may however make a personal agreement with a reseller.

7. What if my ticket is lost or stolen?

In both cases you should notify the Police and get a police report in order to claim your prize at the Landsloterij office. Requests that are reported at the Landsloterij till the day before the drawing are subject to be further handled. This process starts after the 6 months expiration date.

8. What if my ticket is lost or stolen after or on the day of the drawing?

Only if there is an extraordinary reason for the lost, for instance a robbery, illness etc, you can send a request to the Board who has the final decision.
